Review
ISS 2000STORY / GAMEPLAY
This is a soccer game so there's no story. International Superstar Soccer 2000 is one of the best soccer games ever released for the 32bit consoles, featuring realistic gameplay in a 3D environment. The game was the first to feature play-by-play commentary. Also, it includes weather conditions change during the game! The gameplay is smooth and fast! Experience the new Career Mode -bring youngsters through the ranks to create individual star players. A minor thing is that you cannot switch players on your own, instead the CPU decides for you(!) but still the game plays great. The ball is not almost glued as in the ISS 64 and can move to free space and not always in front of the player (like in ISS 98). The ball can also rebound on players, for more realism.

GRAPHICS / SOUND
The 3D graphics look great and the stadiums are exceptionally detailed. The players move smoothly on the pitch with no framerate issues at all. The sound is also impressive, although a bit repetitive, but it's exactly what's needed for a soccer game (the crowds' voices sound differently, depending on whether you home or away.
